Our Process

How does it all work? It's easy, really. When you need us, we're there for you. Our approach is simple – as it should be. So simple, in fact, that we've boiled the whole thing down into FOUR EASY STEPS:

 

STEP ONE
You call or email us with a project in mind. We discuss your needs in detail, either in person or by phone, so that we know exactly what you are looking to accomplish.

STEP TWO
ZAG will review the project, create an action plan, do any necessary preliminary research, and then generate a cost estimate and timeline for you to review and approve.

STEP THREE
With your approval, we'll begin work and come back to you with our concepts. You pick your favorite and we work together to complete the project within our timeline.

STEP FOUR
We complete your project. You LOVE it. We deliver to you or your vendor the completed project and all is well in the world.
